How I Work
I take an integrative approach, using various techniques like person-centered and cognitive behavioral methods to meet your needs. Our work revolves around what you want and need. Having training in different techniques gives me the flexibility to work in the way that suits you best. I work in a trauma-informed way, and work with issues like abuse, trauma, grief, and shame.

In our work together, we'll identify your strengths and how we can use these in therapy, whether you think creatively or more methodically. I will offer you a safe space to be yourself without fear of judgment. Counselling will work best when you feel that you can trust me and that we can work well together. Together, we'll build a toolkit to navigate your challenges and prepare you for the future.
